When discussing the dynamics of power and control within the context of human trafficking, we often hear from people who are surprised at how similar the dynamics sound to those used in domestic violence situations. Whether working in the anti-trafficking movement or not, it's crucial that we understand that not only are there similarities between trafficking and domestic violence; there's also a clear intersection between the two.
