Guidance to States and Services on Addressing Human Trafficking of Children and Youth in the United States

The Administration for Children, Youth and Families (ACYF) provides guidance to states and service programs to build greater awareness and a better response to the problem of child trafficking. This document offers guidance to child welfare systems and RHY service providers to improve the collective response to this issue.
